Payment:
50% deposit is required for confirmation of reservation. Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by credit card or electronic bank transfer.
Cheques are not accepted at the lodge.

CANCELATION POLICY:
4 weeks prior to arrival-50% of full amount
2 weeks prior to arrival-full amount

Accommodation tariffs are quoted in South African rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notification.
All tariffs are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax (VAT).

The Best Guest House rates on the East Rand. No East Rand accommodation can be compared to Witwater Guest House and Spa's. Some nice hotels at OR Tambo International like the city lodge at OR Tambo, the Intercontinental at OR Tambo international airport, the holiday inn at OR Tambo international offer excellent accommodation, but that personal touch is where is the difference is. True Guest Houses offer hospitality on a whole different level. The manager has personal touch and host the guest making sure that if as a guest everyting is perfect. A guest House feels more like staying with friends, who make you breakfast.
